What you get

What is it mania agency?

it mania agency is a Boston-based social media agency founded in 2016. It covers conferences and events live on social media, and manages social media, community and influencer programs for healthcare, biotech, medtech and technology organizations in Boston, New York and New England.

What does conference and event social media coverage include?

Coverage runs before, during and after the event: introductions to your speakers beforehand; live posts and stories of the keynotes, the conversations and the guests on the day; speaker quotes, short video clips and photos; a recap; and a post-event content pack with about 30 days of posts.

What does social media management include?

It begins with an analysis of your landscape, channels, audience, brand and tone of voice. From that we build the strategy and a monthly plan, then create, edit and publish the content, with each piece approved by you first, and report on results every month. Nothing is published without your approval. LinkedIn is a specialty within this service, particularly for healthcare leaders.

What do community management, influencer campaigns and the social media audit include?

Community management: daily engagement handled, community growth tactics and a monthly growth report. Influencer campaigns: creator and expert sourcing, campaign management, FTC-compliant disclosure on every post and results reporting. Social media audit: a fixed-fee review of your channels and competitors, plus a clear 90-day plan.

Do you work beyond LinkedIn?

Yes. We manage social media across the platforms your audience uses, and cover events live on them. LinkedIn is one of those platforms, and a specialty for healthcare leaders.

What kinds of companies do you work with?

Healthcare, biotech, medtech, life sciences and tech companies, conference organizers and associations, health brands, and physicians and health founders building a personal brand.

Where do you work?

We are based in Boston and work with clients in Boston, New York and New England. Ask us about events in other cities.

How we work, and AI

Who does the work?

Each engagement is led by our founder and strategist, who sets the strategy, is hands-on in the work, including on site at events, and approves everything that goes out, using AI tools for speed and a strategist review for quality and compliance.

Who covers the event on the day?

The strategist who plans your coverage is on site with your speakers and guests, so the person who shapes the plan is the person in the room.

Do you use AI?

Yes, for speed on drafts, research and reporting. A human strategist reviews everything that goes out, and we build in your compliance review wherever you need it.

Does AI replace the people on site at our event?

No. Coverage on the day is delivered in person. AI helps before and after the event, with drafts, research and reporting.
